Batlan Skincare — seven workers, one founder.
Batlan is an independent skincare brand out of Lagos, shipping internationally. Their founder, Adaeze, was answering DMs at 1am, manually building Canva posts at 6am, and reconciling sales between Shopify and a spreadsheet on Sundays. We deployed seven AI workflow agents in three weeks.
